I come to pick my two nephews up school for the first time, The boys mum waited outside the youngest nephews classroom for collection as I went to the oldest child's class. The oldest child's teacher see me wave at my nephew and realised him to me baring in mind that I had never been to the school before. I was expecting to have to wait until his mother was present untill they could let the children leave? Now I'm very concerned of the saftey and wellbeing of my nephews. Not only this has shocked me but my nephew seems to tell me that his teacher singles him out, for example on Mothers-Day all of the children brought some money in to school to give to their mothers a gift . My youngest nephew come out with a gift however my eldest nephew was told he couldn't not partisipate and had nothing to give which made him very upset. A letter was not sent home with him or his teacher did not explain the reasoning behind this untill approached. On another occasion he was asked to miss "lunch time" and sit in to eat his lunch and study because he was falling behind slightly. My eldest nephew has ADHD which is very hard on him and all of the family, as he shows his emotions differently. When he is feeling low he will tell us his experiences at school. Perhaps this is why his teacher is maybe some what Incapable of identifying when children need extra help or are perhaps struggling. To isolate Childeren with mental health issues is not the correct procedure. I have a total of 6 nephews and this is by far the worst school I have visited.
