        The DVLA photo machine is not working waited outside in line social distancing for over 15 minutes only to find the machine has not been working for over a month, no notice on their website or front of shop, disgraceful that no warning is made to customers.

        Post Office decided to close one hour early today (at 5pm instead of 6pm) - with no prior notice; leaving customers (queuing outside under the rain) puzzled and upset. Unacceptable. If you are contracted to work till 6pm and are publicly advertising your services as such, please be kind to honour this.

        A great High Street Post Office and ideally situated at the back of the One Stop Store. The staff are truly all brilliant and do the best they can to help you with all your postal needs. Our Billericay community needs our local Post Offices, so it is important we support them with our business whenever we can. Thank-you to all the team in the Billericay, One Stop Post Office.
