all I can say is that all staff extremely professional and helpful as per comments regarding lunch times they cannot open if a pharmacist is not working. p

Boots in The Pantiles provides a superb service to the people of Billericay. The staff are always friendly, helpful and often go the 'extra mile' to provide for every medical need. My family and I cannot praise them highly enough. Well done Boots in The Pantiles!!

They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the staff took the time and care to talk me through alternative options. Very helpful

Ive been in this Boots twice recently and both times the staff talk as if you are an inconvenience! Do they realise that if we stop using their store they may loose their job? Yes they look busy but thats no excuse to be abrupt. As I stood waiting I heard that they were rude to every customer. Ill avoid using this store in future. We are all busy these days so dont act like its only you that is. Manners cost nothing

Rubbish when on good to make sure was open when I went there closed for lunch what year you live in to close for lunch hire more staff disgrace
