I was referred to Rory @ body beliefs 2 years ago with chronic pain in my lower back and hips. He diagnosed the problem at our first session and gave me treatment and an exercise plan which provided immediate relief and this coupled with regular maintenance sessions has meant I now have no back pain whatsoever. I'd have no hesitation recommending anyone with similar issues to see Rory as soon as possible.

I've been using Rory for a few years now and he is phenomenal.. Whether dealing with an injury or helping me to maintain wellness so i can exercise but more importantly pain free.. His been a great help in my marathon training with all my little niggles that I've collected on the way. I have never come away disappointed, always feeling physically and mentally a whole much better.. Very professional...Highly recommend.
