My 3 year old daughter Chloe loved this nursery, she was very happy in the bright, friendly and comfortable environment. The staff made her feel very at ease and she was a very happy little girl.

My experience was not pleasant at all. I had chosen this nursery as it was the one available. I was still searching. Firstly, it seemed that this nursery was not very open to explaining the prices correctly to parents. This may be because most of the parents that take their children in there are financially well off. But I think they needs to understand that some people are simply getting by and that they must be open about their prices and explain to parents how things actually works As I first time parent, I wasnt very educated on this mater. The nursery that my son goes to now, very clearly explained everything to me and ensured that I was aware of everything. They even sought to know my financial stability in order to know what makes sense and what doesnt. This is not something I can hold banana moon accountable for. But it may be something to look out for in the future and be more informative to other parents. Like most nursery, there are free settling periods. I was lucky to have heard from another nursery 2 mins away from my house. It made sense change. My son attended 2 out of the 3 free settling sessions before another nursery offered a position. Settling session are about 4 hours if Im not mistaken. Banana noon forced me to pay for an entire month and threaten to take me to enforcement agencies. I had asked if I could pay for the 2 free settling days that my son had used and they refused because I had signed papers. Like most business there should always be a period where people are able to change their mind but I was trapped and had to pay it all even though I did not use all those hours. I told them that I had been made redundant during the pandemic and that seemed to have gone over their heads too. On few email exchanges where I needed to keep track of how much more I need to pay. Banana moon told me that they have many families like me and they get confused on who is who. Thats seriously rude but hey... its fault for not being rich having lots of spare money. My experience has been daunting and upsetting and I would not recommend this nursery. By the way they dealt with me, I cant tell that essential morals and good character are not being passed on to the kids. update: I am editing this review as a form of replying to Banana moons response that you can see bellow: Thank you for your response. but the reason for my poor review still stands. I take blame for not taking more time to research for better places. My opinion about this place still stands. I do not recommend and I very deeply believe that you are not a good place. Ultimately, I shouldn't have to pay for what I did not use. Specially being new and not even finish the settling session. So you mean to tell me if my son had continued to cry and dislike your nursery and not be happy in there at the end of the settling session, would you still charge me for all the hours? You guys know what you're doing and you know how to take a god advantage. I may not be able to fight back and forth with you because like I said this isn't my area of expertise. You guys aren't good and I don't think anyone should place their child in place. I have found and heard back from so many great places that you as a parent should look for. Places with good attitude and understanding. they still hold you responsible for what you have to be held accountable but still fair. The children thrive and are happy and you can be sure that good morals and values are being passed on to the children. You may continue to try to make me look like I'm exaggerating or I don't know what I am talking about. I am a very fair and considerate person and that is why I take all the responsibility for ever calling this place and getting myself involved in all this none sense. Thankfully I have paid you "your" money. I do not recommend. Run.
