Having not been recommended by anybody, I was very cautious when calling and making my initial enquiry, which I had got from a Google search. From my first call, to final completion and having several meets, I can confirm and fully recommend Chris. His professional & efficient yet comfortable approach was a breath of fresh air, especially as I had a previous mortgage broker working on our case for 9 months with NO results !!! Chris and his team have turned our remortgage around in 7 weeks, we are still in disbelief at how easy Chris has made this process. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN !!!!!

Exploring options I came across first4commercial. Chris Warner got back to me immediately. He was open and managed my expectations. His products weren't quite right for me: he was honest (he could have encouraged me for his commission). First class and professional.

When dealing with a form filling phobic client (me) Chris was always helpful and efficient. He always answers calls and responds to emails straight away. Although we came up against obstacles out of our control his patience and perseverance got the job done. Highly recommended.
