        Very bad service not able to book an appointment by receptionist was told to go to A & E spoke to Julie Jackson who was the office manager who said the same when I said I wasnt happy she said that there were more doctors surgeries local. Was once the best doctors in Billericay but now one of the worse.

        Brilliant service this morning considering it is Monday. Call at 8.15 answered within 15 mins and doctor rang 10.20, picked up medication by 11. Makes you feel so much better knowing you are considered and treated as important.

        Considering the general reviews I hear of GP surgeries, I've got only positive things to say about Western road. Staff all friendly and do a Great job of getting patient appointments especially for young kids
