Wow! Where to begin. From the moment we walked in there was no welcoming atmosphere. There was no real explanation if the dresses we were looking at were the only ones available or could be ordered in correct size. Staff were not attentive just left us to it. The dresses themselves were not good quality and were overpriced. Tried on 2 dresses which my daughter didnt even want to come out the dressing room. The owner was flapping around but again wasnt really interested in asking if we were ok. Felt like we shouldnt be there even though we had an appointment. We left rather sharpish and went elsewhere. We came from Kent and chose RiRis due to the reviews. Dont always trust what you read! Very disappointed and felt very sad
