Stanton Hockett recently sold my 2 bed flat in Leigh-on-Sea and I must say that Gavin and the team were excellent all throughout the process. Everything was incredibly smooth and efficient, the photos of the flat were amazing and the strategy was spot on. The flat sold in less than a month and probably would have been quicker without Christmas inbetween. The previous poster was absolutely right, if you're looking to sell your property and you need an agent who genuinely cares about you, I would highly recommend you give Stanton Hockett a call.

Gavin was great from start to finish of my house sale helping in any way he could with the difficult process of my situation. Cant reccomend highly enough he said to give him 2 weeks and it was sold within two weeks, well deserved 5 stars right through to last call at the end when it was on completion

Extremely professional and sold our property within a couple of days. Follow up communication was also amazing and they both supported and protected us throughout the whole process. Even when we visited the office to hand over the keys, they took the time to chat with us knowing that this wa difficult for us after being in our home for over 28 years. Really great company! Ollie was my agent and he is efficient and super friendly. He recommended a really good broker to help me and Im glad I took his advise. The whole team are great! They are also willing to go over and beyond- pick up tasks missed out by my solicitor and I really appreciated this.
