We're so pleased with this work from TBKC on our family's new kitchen, which was a new installation as part of a whole house renovation in Aug/Sept. We thought the brief was a bit tricky - and probably muddled and indecisive - but the designer, Darren, just absolutely nailed it. I really do appreciate his design skills every time I use the kitchen. TBKC also had to deal with our contractors and work around them to some extent for the installation. They weren't as professional or reliable as TBKC, so this surely created headaches for Chris and the kitchen project management team but they never complained to us about it. TBKC absolutely delivered on customer service, honesty and reliability and we're thrilled with the result. Highly recommend. We had been deliberating plans to remodel our downstairs and kitchen for years and never quite nailed a design we were happy with.... and then we met Shane at TBKC who transformed our ideas into plans. The design experience was really engaging; Shane made the whole process so enjoyable you could almost forget the stress of all the decision making (lockdown made up for it when building work came to a halt while we had no kitchen!) Our positive experience was 100% due to the expert design by Shane who very quickly got a full understanding our needs and preferences and magically transitioned this into a high spec designer quality kitchen! We found TBKC Essex after a long search for a suitable kitchen company. From the initial conversations and when we visited the showroom, we could tell they were different to other companies we had spoken to and the showroom is beautiful. Shane our designer really listened to what we were looking for from our new kitchen, and came up with some exciting ideas and a design which was completely different from the other designs we had received. Once our design had been finalised, Darren then managed the installation working alongside our builder and Pete the fitter installed the kitchen to a very high standard. We now have a gorgeous kitchen which is the envy of all our friends and we would not hesitate in recommending TBKC to anyone looking for a high quality designer kitchen.
