Over charged,was told the problem would be found within an hour,was stuck with a 500 pound bill even tho was told the cost would be kept minimal, no receipt no communication what so ever,never answered his phone agreed on a specific date,the bike was 3 days late,demanded I pick the bike up immediately. After I wrote the review the owner text me whilst I was on holiday demanding I take the review down.i asked not to message/discuss this while I was away and he decided to keep on messaging me. I needed a tyre changed for the front wheel of my dirt bike. I took it to my regular car tyre place and they tried but couldnt get the old tyre off the wheel. They suggested Monster Garage. I called them up, took the wheel there and they dropped what they were working on to get my wheel sorted. Great service and a good price too. Highly recommend! Service: Tires

I would never use this garage again . I had my Honda CX brake pads,,oil and filter changed . This was ok but on collection of my bike this last Saturday , I asked what time they opened I was told 11am. I arrived at 11.10am and they were closed .. I texted Andy and he said he was running late but didn't give an eta. I then waited until 11.40am and no show , then I left as I had things to do myself. I've just collected my bike 250 and asked if he would reimburse my for my cab fare home and inconvenience to which he was adamant it was my problem, not his and he became verbally defensive and aggressive... as a customer I'll go elsewhere next time .. Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change
