Do NOT use this company. As someone who is a tenant in a property managed by them, they have no idea what day of the week it is. The English language fails me when it comes to trying to put into words how awful this company is, and how utterly incompetent at their jobs these people are. If you're a landlord, with a property you want to let, don't let these people manage your property, they don't care. I'm not actually sure what these people do while at "work" but it sure isn't property management. There is a reason this company exclusively has seven 1-star reviews, it's almost impressive!

Do not use them !!! David Tupper who is the Head of Property Management is a liar, emailed me and told me my deposit was realised and would be back into my account within 3 to 5 days, 9 days later still not returned and when I called them to check where it was I was told no paper work had been filled out and account team didnt know anything about my deposit !!! Will never use them again and will spread the word around so no one else is taken for a ride like I was !!!!
