Not a great agency! Sent me to an interview that they hadnt actually booked. Turned up, no one knew why I was there, or who I was there to see. Was offered the job I had applied for which they then said was no longer available because I missed the training date due to checks not being back in time. Was offered exactly same job, just in a different office turned out to be totally different hours and not the same job at all! They then got stroppy with me for refusing new job based on not being able to work the hours they wanted! Would not recommend this agency to anyone! Other agencys are advertising same jobs in same places for more money!

Avoid at all costs if you can. Ive been with them for over a year and ive had nothing but problems with them. The same issues each time. Pay no empathy at all when underpaid or not recieved pay ive had 2 direct debits reverse as the money wasnt in my account. And when you are underpaid they insist you have to wait untill your next payday. Emails continuosly i have been ignored when sending them and so have other people i have worked with there was one time i sent the same email 6 times to the top manager in 4 days to get a response on the 4th day after 6 emails this was just asking if they had recieved a form. I have recieved someone elses cv whilst under there agency. Attitude many times i have rang to ask simple questions as they havent responded to my emails and have been rushed off the phone with patranising comments like loverly speaking to you today as always. Lies not recieved forms which are meant to of been sent out to me also been told they had spoken to my manager when they wasnt even in on that day.

Wasted my Daughters time and money to travel to a interview for a job that did not exist. They did a classic "bate and switch" by stating that she was going for an interview for job she was very interested in then last minute it turns out to be a "assessment day" for a call centre - very unprofessional.
