Having called and spoken to who claimed to be the owner, I cant say Im disappointed enough with the tone and condescending manner in which I was spoken to.
I stated a clear budget and interest in a property - whilst it wasnt a viable budget the way in which he spoke to me and couldnt be quick enough to get me off the phone - shocking. Every single other agent has asked if Id like to know about other properties that may be suitable and taken time to be polite.
This chap was terribly rude and when questioned over his tone he rudely criticised my stating of a max budget on a home, wished me luck and hung up.
