I couldn't be more pleased with the refelting, replacement batons and the way the existing tiles were refitted after cleaning them and replacing any broken ones. The valleys had given trouble for several years and other roofers attempts to repair them had failed so it was decided to have the whole roof refurbished. Rob and Alex always turned up on time and in fact started the job several days earlier than expected. I was so pleased as it would be finished before the severe winter weather. The site was always cleaned and left tidy at the end of the day and they were reliable about locking up the property if I was out. Rob Hayes was fantastic replacing our entire roof for us. We needed to have the felt lining replaced on the inside of the house, but this was not far off the cost of replacing the entire roof anyway, and picked Rob from word-of-mouth recommendation for our neighbours. Our work had additional complexity and needed preparation ahead of time to remove a solar panel. We were able to quickly and reliably arrange scaffolding to arrive early for another company to perform the work, before the roof was replaced. The job he's done for us is nothing short of excellent, and he was very kind to follow up with us when we had a few other bits to check up in his own time over the weekend.
