I would like to give you a zero but that's not possible so I'll give you a one. I had to go in 3 times to receive my parcel because i was told by them the courier DPD came to pick it up which i found weird as it hadn't exceeded the 7days of being the shop. I was argued with concerning this till i contacted DPD myself and they explained if they went to collect the parcel it would've documented on tracking immediately. Long story short they attempted to keep my parcel.

Its 50/50 here you either get the lady talking on her phone whilst she serves you OR the man who just appears to hate everyone & everything, feels like youre just inconveniencing him by coming into the shop. I wont be going in there again.

0 stars. They opened my DPD parcel and stole the expensive items and put the parcel into a DPD delivery bag and gave it to me with the items missing.
