I would just like to reiterate as the response from Terri assumes or infers I am a customer I am a former employee so to repeat there is a non confrontation policy towards shop lifters which impacts on the prices of your loyal customers yet when there is a tech fail on the tills the protocol is to persuade the customer to repeat payment, this really is counter intuitive if you value customer service as an employee. Again I was a former member of staff NOT a customer, the us and them review from a customer sums it up for me it should be all about them the customer!

At 0330 I discovered I had no milk for coffee before work. I checked where I could buy some. Fortunately the BP garage states it was opened. I went there and was told that as they had a delivery they could not serve me I said it was only milk I wanted. They insisted that it was policy although a few staff members were in attendance. Staff here are normally helpful but it surprised me about the rigid lack of pragmatism in this situation. I've worked with customers for decades but I've learned that being a robot is not the way. I suggest this policy should be more prominent for customers to see before they travel to the garage.

Great store and staff ANGRY manager makes everyone unhappy and zaps devotion, dedication and willingness right out of everyone. Won't be returning for work only give two stars due to I like T and K great hard working people. Also BP emplores shoplifters with non confrontation policy yet pressures good customers to pay twice when their own technology fails. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
