Constantly harassed for money even when the works aren't finished. Poor communication internally with one person from the company having no knowledge of conversations with others within the company.
I would never use this company. My wardrobes are okay (not great) but their poor customer service lets them down massively.
One of their employees (Lewis) is rude, aggressive and constantly backtracks everything he has agreed to or says.
