        Have used The Bayleaf many times. They forgot items last time, but thought id give them another chance. This time I Ordered online. They Cancelled the order after an hour for no apparent reason. Will never use them again.

        Terrible. Always forget stuff, and apparently theyre always too busy to deliver what they have forgotten. They do it to me every time! I could probably have a meal for 4 with all the stuff they have forgotten

        Ordered on the website and went to collect and they hadn't turned their computer on so only turned it on when I arrived and the order then was processed so had to wait an extra 30 mins. No apology, nothing. Then ordered 2 peshwari naans and didn't have any coconut in them at all. Also found a delightful piece of string I our chicken tikka masala. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
