        After a late arrival at 00:00 we unfortunately arrived for breakfast 2 mins after the very early cut off 10am. As they reiterated the 10 am cut off is clearly stated in the booklet found in our room which is true but sometimes life and customer service requires helpful willing staff and a little bit of flexibility. The kitchen were totally unwilling to help us and wouldnt even go as far as to offer us a slice of toast. However as we sat and had a coffee and wrote this review, frustrated customers were sending back, cold breakfasts and others vegan requests which had normal butter on. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that we were late !!!
