        Called up for an appointment as wanted a trim before NYE. I went into the salon asked for a wash cut and blow dry. She washed my hair with colour shampoo (I dont have colour on my hair its natural and stated that) I asked for a trim (had long hair) only needed 1 inch off. She took 5 inches off didnt realise till I got home! I now have shoulder length hair. Taken me 6 years to grow! It said on the website 35 45 minutes. 40 and 1 hour 20 minutes. Never again!
