I have not touched my hair for 6 years as previously my hair head golden highlights and I was really bored of the colour. So I waited for my hair to grow out and the natural hair colour was brown I have no Greys. I wanted to go for a ashy blonde hair colour. I am based in Billericay and I booked consultation with Lucia initially with Abbi. Abbi stated that we can achieve the colour however this may not be ashy blonde first time round as my hair is a dark tone and we agreed a appointment time. Kim was my stylist I explained what we spoke with abbi about and the ashy blonde tones I wanted I showed couple of pictures like I showed Abbi and Kim said we have you in for highlights and explained that the colour may not be achieved first time round which I accepted.I stressed to abbi and Kim that I did not want a orange yellow or brassy hair colour. Which they said is fine. I was booked in 930 and left around 130. The process did take a long time I asked for a rough blow dry but walked out with soaking hair neither-less when I got home I blow dried my own hair and realised the top part of my hair was totally different colour to the rest of my hair as I blow dried more the left side of my hair behind my ears was whiter than the other side and just looked over processed I was actually devastated because no one explained to me that I would be walking home with 3 different tones all parts of my head and then when I checked the rest of my hair the roots was so still brown one side was done very close to my roots the other side was not looked like someone did it from the 80s looked like noodle/tiger stripes the highlights was not blended in well brassy gold tone sitting right on top of my head, and white one the left side of my hair which means there were more packets of bleach on my left side than my right side So I could not leave my hair down I was very embarrassed I waited from Thursday to Tuesday to get another appointment I regretted everything when I went in for my second appointment Kim done the toner for the top parts of my hair and got another girl to dry my hair this time round and when I saw the my hair after blow dry again I said it hasnt really change still brassy orange on the top of my head and also I tried to explain to Kim that one side was very white compared to the other and she stated thats my baby hair.. I thought shes taking the mick and said why is it that side is my baby hair and whos hair is the other part which was different colour and Kim was so rude she did not accept that she did a bad job and accused me of oh I dont know what you are seeing or talking about.. and that this type of hair is high maintenance would require often trips to the hair salon I felt disappointed/discriminated I had highlighted my hair 6 years ago and I know what highlights are She done the worse job ever not an apprentice would do that and very rude she put too many foils on one side compared to other side I stated whats going to happen now and Steve came along with Lori and analysed my hair they said yes I can see the difference and we will add few packets of toner to the white side do your hair colour looks consistent my hair is still up pony tail cant have it down or up i really regret walking into Lucia worst place ever!! They have a clientele base over 40s and most people come in for blow dry or see Steve for a hair cut they cant specialise in hair dye.. I had worst experience ever.. My recommendation is do not sit at any hair salons seat no everyone is an expert all Those 6 years I waited for my hair to grow out thanks to Lucia ruined.. oh and 130 plus 10 tip down the drain.. All the staff who was at the front of shop floor scattered all to the back when they know its their fault.. no one spoke to me when I left I would give this place zero stars does not deserve it Thanks for making me look like a clown hope you are proud of your art !
