My Gym Billericay

I cannot fault the My Gym trainers. My son has been attending classes here since he started walking and hes always enjoyed the classes. The issues Ive experienced recently are 1. poor/no parking due to ongoing building works behind the gym (luxury flats) 2. On termination of membership, all make up classes (ie class passes accrued due to their own cancellations) are completely forfeited. These are classes essentially you pay for but cannot use. Once you stop your subscription your child cannot use these up. This is essentially wrong and poor customer experience. They are helpful only till the point you cancel your subscription.

So glad we found this club for my son to do, he loves it. The people are amazing with the children and you can tell they are so enthusiastic about their job. The songs are great, the set up is great, Everything is thought out so nicely. 10/10 would recommend and whenever I put pictures/videos up on Instagram I always get so many people messaging asking where it is.
