Thunder Sparks Ltd, fitted us a battery ready Solar Panel system. Joe and his team were superb, very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. We were particularly impressed at how access to the panels from pigeons and squirrels was addressed by placing protective wiring all around the panels. We have a very old house which meant the electrical wiring of the system was not straight forward. The cause was quickly identified and sorted and our panels are up and running. We are delighted with the service we received and would recommend Thunder Sparks with no hesitation.

Thunder Sparks recently advised, designed and installed a solar pv system with battery storage and EV charger. All a bit strange really. After confirming our project would fit into our respective mutual timeframes, we arranged for Jody to come around and survey our house. Jody spent a good hour at our home and came up with some helpful suggestions. Jody said his quote would be with us within the next 3 days. 12 days later.diddly squat. Ive even sent a chase up email and text but no response of any kind. Other than gaining a few helpful suggestions, I just felt my time was wasted. I would have rated one star, but as I stated above, Jody was a nice guy and provided some helpful advice. UPDATE 27/04/23 How bizarre, I have received all emails apart from the one you stated was sent to me on 15/04/23. I would also point out that I received no responses to my chase-up text and email both sent on 21/04/23. As previously mentioned, Jody confirmed our project would fit into our respective mutual timeframes at the time of his site visit. I would rather companies just say if they dont wish to/ dont have the time to undertake the work or something bigger, better or more lucrative has come up.
