Queen's Park Surgery provides outstanding medical care. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the medical staff sympathetic, patient and diligent. I cannot praise them too highly. You will not be disappointed.

This surgery is a joke. Making an appointment is almost impossible, and you can spend your 30 min in the morning on the phone just to hear that there are no more bookings. Of course, you can't make a booking for the next day, so the same situation happens until the situation is so bad, that you have to call 111. I know that using a calendar might be too difficult, but honestly, instead of helping, this surgery is just making people more frustrated and sick.

I have been with this surgery for 30 plus years. I can't fault them. The receptionists are so friendly and the doctors go above and beyond. Amazing surgery.

Queens Park Surgery have been our family doctors for over 25 years and I will be happy if they remain our families doctors for life. We used to be under the care of Dr Das Gupta (husband and wife team, correct me if I'm wrong) but now Dr Dabas and his team. Myself and another 5 members of my family have received great care from the surgery for all sorts of medical complaints over the years including the swift referral by Dr Rogers for my partner's melanoma skin cancer, which I'm sure played a part in that being caught early and resolved quickly. A potential life-saving decision, we must give credit where it's due. Something that also deserves credit is receiving unannounced calls from Dr Dabas as a follow up for more serious issues. It's very re-assuring to hear from him, especially when you don't expect it, it puts your mind at ease. The point many reviewers make about the difficulty of obtaining appointments is valid when it comes to having to calls lots in the morning but from my experience I never have to wait more than a day or two for an appointment. I can't remember when the way to book appointments changed, a few years ago I think, possibly to do with reduced funding available therefore less Doctors on duty but I dont know? I must re-iterate that I never have significant problems booking an appointment. You do also have the option to go down to the surgery in the morning as well as phoning.
