Dr A C P Williams - Chapel Street Surgery

Its the worst place that me or my kids was ever at I have been on the phone 2 weeks was told to call each morning at half 8 every time I call at half I was told to call back tomorrow this was going on 2 weeks they are the most Racist people that I have ever seen to traveller they will hear from my solicitor has I have them on record the lady at reception just never work there

Only been with chapel street surgery a few months but since I have joined the surgery I have put alot of stuff on them already since my son's attack last yr I have needed quite a bit of help, I can't thank them enough for all they are doing they are so freindly and listening the doctors at chapel and the receptionists are brilliant. Lovely staff all round Great surgery thanks

Very disappointed 3 times now requested a prescription from guys hospital for specific toothpaste only to be given mouth spray come on how hard can this be@@@@ i have even spoken to receptionist who has stated she will arrange correct prescription yet again another 2 mouth sprays how hard can this be really not happy to say the least
