        Very difficult to get through on the phone and when you finally do get through there never seems to be any appointments and then youre asked to call back the following day to face the same debacle. The surgery operated much better when it was run by Doctor Gupta. Ive raised a complaint with the practise manager about the hub clinic. I raised the complaint directly with her face to face and she gave me her assurances she would address the complaint and feed back to me.......,,. Guess what, never ever heard back from her. Not impressed with the surgery at all and will look to move after being a patient there for over 16 years.

        Doctor Uzma Ahmad is excellent, friendly, so kind and knowledgable. Just dont tell everyone else otherwise I will find it difficult to get an appointment.
