Delivered an hour later than stated (so 2 hours in total) with 2 items missing and 3 items incorrect (containing ingredients I had asked not to include!!). Called to ask for partial refund and manager refused, saying I could have 20% off next order (no thank you I will be not giving you my business again) and expecting me to wait over an hour for missing items (what use is that when the rest of the meal will be cold!). Terrible service.

This is by far the worst Chinese takeaway in Billericay, Ive had better chicken currys out of Tescos it was watery with no taste at all asked for extra fresh chillies and get chilli flakes, the honey chicken was literally dunked in a honey pot before slapping it in the container. The chips I could have used to cement the slabs in my back garden down. I wouldnt recommend at all!!

Great service. Friendly and efficient and the food was great. Been using then for over ten years. Never had a bad meal.
