Rude staff, not friendly, make sarcastic comments about you or your car as they clean your car, high prices, staff change the price of the job as you go through, poor car cleaning, smoking as cleaning cars, Ive given them so many chances but its consistently bad. I wont return now. Avoid.

Used these guys for years, realise prices go up so from 6 to 8. Asked for an 8 pound wash got to the end guy says that's 10 please, I said I asked for an 8 wash he said its gone up, I said you need to write this on the board that says 8.00 he said it changes with the size of the car.. I drive a polo !!! I said its a small car!!!! Won't be using them again if this is how you rip people off. Yes go tell your boss before you rip off anyone else and put him out of business!!!!! Shame for the other workers who actually did a good job cleaning it.

I've used this place for 7 plus years. Initially cost . 15 for clean inside & ourside. Today 25 for mondeo saloon.. which before they described as a smaller car or certainly didn't view as a large car as it is a standard size. . Once car surface dried after we'd left premises.. the outside surface was covered in grit.. Front windscreen too. Appalling manners with aggressive waving and shouting out to customers as they direct & place you for spray washes. which were very brief this time. Inside they did a good job. No final hand finish on outside today. Usually looks polished once finished and previously have been pleased with end result. . Only grit on surface yesterday. Please be careful to consider using this place.. as it iappears to me to be so overpriced in more difficult times . I didn't t see prices this time.. (my own omission) but several months ago it was 22 and I assumed it couldn't go up again so soon. I only use a car wash facility a couple of times a year so took the chance yesterday that I now regret. I dont intend to go there again!
