Brows

Visited Billericay brows today 10/12/21 the last few visits have not been very good but today was the final straw.. both members of staff very rude! I had a top lip and chin threading.. .. Upon my arrival the shop was empty of customers, but I was rushed through. Prior to doing my threading there was no hand wash or gel used.. the girl I had done the job in seconds, she missed a large patch of hair.. plus brushed over my face with a dirty looking powder brush.. and never finished off with any cream.. neither girl could speak English and when I spoke to them, they just spoke to each other in their own language.. They then charged me 12 for the pleasure..I have used this place for two years but recently it has gone down hill, which is pretty obvious as always empty these days it used to get packed.. my advice would be avoid it if possible and go elsewhere! In my experience it was disgusting!! Dont know how they get a license to open as very unhygienic!!!! My experience was horrible!! I would not recommend and will be going elsewhere Service: Eyebrow threading

I booked an appointment for waxing two weeks ahead of time and when I went in to have it done they had no record of it and couldnt fit me in. I was so upset and I wont go there again because its totally unreliable

Very friendly ladies, brows always come out looking perfect! Love the soothing lotion after heaven!
