Fantastic service received from this firm on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. There are a wealth of employees who provide a stellar service and of whom all know my account. The LowTax Group are totally flexible and always available to assist in my accounting needs. To date they have gone above and beyond my original requirements. Absolutely disgusting service. First year was an absolute dream with end of year fees coming in around 1.2k over a casual phone call regarding my second business I was informed that would be going up to 4k with no warning on a Friday afternoon in January. Was charged in the region of 2.4k for works carried out and asked them to cease works on my account as the fees were ridiculous. Slow balled information transfer to my new account and then sent me 2.5k bill for a 3 months notice period after closing all accounts packages without warning and offering to charge 3k for the following year. How can three months of notice be 500 short of what was offered for a year?? Very quick to threaten debt recovery when I said I will not be paying. Have since found another firm who have quoted 1k per year including VAT.
