    Rubbish. Keep putting our business account on hold due to supposed non-payment. Every month we have to go through the same process of proving weve paid before they unblock the account. This month however despite proving payment once again, they have sent our supposedly overdue bill on to a debt collector who are now sending threatening letters and emails. The testing itself is actually rather good and they have a decent portal for organising testing but such a poor financial department ruins all that good will

    Absolutely appalling customer service. My partner (Jade Cheung Kai Suet) and I (Reinhart Nell) drove to Eurofins (at Charlton Asda) yesterday for our day 2 tests, only to find the porta-cabin booth closed with the lights out. We then received an email from Eurofins AFTER our appointments were due to have finished saying that the Charlton sample centre had to close due to an emergency. Naturally we tried to call their customer service line and have spent hours on the call waiting music without ever speaking to someone. We both have also emailed them multiple times but neither myself or my partner have had any replies. Legally we need to be tested by tomorrow but as of now we cant reach Eurofins on email or phone. And unsurprisingly the competitor sample sites dont have last minute spaces. Please someone at Eurofins reply to us and call us now to resolve with an urgent replacement appointment!
