    STAY AWAY! They don't even deserve 1 star! Their service is absolutely disgusting, they keep increasing the prices from 400 one month and 1500 to the following month! I submitted my meter readings on time, but they continue to add ridiculous dunning charges which doesn't make sense at all!! I've spent most of my time trying to call them but they just don't want to listen. The customer service is appalling. The call centre is based in South Africa and the line is terrible every time I try to get through. I wish I had read the reviews before going ahead with this company.

    I am desperately waiting for my contract to end at the end of August, meanwhile Im getting at least 2 calls a day trying to pressure me into renewing my contract early ( which would double my bill). These calls are getting more and more forceful and they like to quote lots of different information and numbers to you in the effort to confuse you and to get you to agree. I cant wait to leave this company and have a much cheaper and friendlier one lined up ready. Counting down the days!

    Absolute shambles of a company!!!! They dont know which hand is doing what, give wrong information, cant even sort out a change of tenancy, dont keep you informed, bill you for a property you arent even in anymore, list goes.

    Yu Energy are probably the worst company I have dealt with. My business never had a contract with them, all my electric has been and still is supplier by E-On. But for some reason they have sent me a three month bill for 9500, when I have been paying E-on for the same period and my normal bill is 350 a month, so have no idea how this happened. They are true crooks now dealing with debt collection agency for a debt that is not mine. STAY AWAY FROM YU ENERGY DODGY SCAMMERS!!!!
