47 minutes from entering the premises to leaving with my medication. There were only 5 people in front of me in the queue so it shoudnt have taken that long. 5 staff members who ran around looking busy. Next time I visit I'll bring sandwiches and a drink. This chemist is useless, no customer service what so ever They forget they are there to serve us not the other way round!!!

I ordered a prescription 10 days ago and it is still not ready. I ran out of medication in the meantime and have been ill due to missing my dose. I tried to ring for several days but no-one answered. I went down in person and was told it'd be ready the next day, but the next day came around and it still wasn't available. I had no choice but to reorder the prescription and have it sent to another pharmacy, but in the meantime I still have no medication to keep me going. I don't usually leave negative reviews but so far my experience has been abysmal.
