        I ordered a few packs of partridge hooks from this company and was charged 4 postage for a tiny envelope 17x12cm weighing 24g with a first class large letter stamp affixed that costs 1.45. I queried why I was substantially overcharged postage but was flippantly assured that this doesnt need to be elaborated. It does because I paid for the service however I noticed they dont do this with their eBay store they charge postage accurately due to the fact they are held to account by eBay. Its a small amount but I dont like this poor practice of pinching from customers. Items will be sent back for a full refund and I will never use them again.

        I was sent the wrong item by mistake. This was remedied immediately and the correct product was sent. Great service without fuss. I would highly recommend this company.
