Unfortunately had to give this company a 1 star review, deserve nothing. Service was generally good, installation was good, ventilation system is very loud to the point is sounds like a Boeing 747. The icing on the cake is when the engineer parks his company van on my brand new drive, was asked if it could possibly be leaking oil - he replied 'no', puts a dust sheet (yes a dust sheet!) under his van 'just in case'. There was ample road parking 30 seconds away. Surprise surprise, the van leaked on my drive - do the company directors want to know? No they don't, they simply ignore emails. Advice, find a competent, decent company with a good product!

System installed three years ago and all working well, have had further building works carried out over the last two weeks resulting in system needing an edit to the duct runs - easily scheduled in to fit in with the works. Then had two incidents where needed urgent attention from rega due to other trades damaging duct work that was about to be boxed in and rega saved the day both times with a very quick response in getting someone out to help us out and keep the works moving along to plan. Good back up service, which is what is most important, delivered well!
