Our survey was carried out by Alan who was extremely professional and thorough in his approach. Alan identified an impressive 146 cosmetic faults during the survey, which highlights his attention to detail and expertise in identifying even the smallest of issues. Let me be clear - I wouldn't have found 95% or more of these. Furthermore, his use of thermal imaging to assess the radiators was a fantastic addition to the survey. The report provided was incredibly detailed and comprehensive, making it easy to understand the issues identified and the recommended actions to rectify them. It was also delivered promptly with clear images and indications. The report was passed to the property developer who is working through it. A clear advantage of getting a snagging survey is that it means you can find all your issues straight away, rather than a trickle over a longer period. The survey by Quality Home Snagging is absoluty worth the cost, and thank you again!
