The M&S cafe is a sorry excuse for a cafe in the last year every time we have been they advertise their hot food menu as if its the best thing out there and when we go to order from the brand new brunch menu we get told the only thing we have is toasties its ridiculous! The place isnt cleaned thoroughly, trays are left on tables for customers to move them, the staff are dim witted and rude and clearly dont care about customer service and there is never any decent food available even though there is a foodhall just below that serves all the ingredients needed to provide customers with what they want! This place either needs new management or it should be advertised as a place to buy coffee and sandwiches because customers are being lied to every time they see the food menu and are told it is unavailable sort it out Marks and Spencer please.

This is the first time I had shopped in M&S for years I brought a jacket and trousers I kept the jacket but the trousers were to small so today I came to return them with my receipt and all I can say is the woman who served me was so belittling, I didnt realise that I couldnt return them without the label I did say Im not sure what happened to it and her reply which wasnt quiet , well it had one. She then pointed out that it tells you on the receipt that to return an item you need label and receipt.. maybe marks and Spencers could get the till staff to explain this to members of the public , myself had looked at the receipt but didnt notice it she did in fairness give me a refund but I certainly will not be returning to marks and Spencers again .
