LBP has justifiably already got a fantastic reputation in the town, but hopefully I can add to it by saying that this family business is the best in the entire area, not just Biggleswade. Polite, professional and so hard working that they've set the bar higher than most can reach. They know their business and neither I nor my family will use anyone else. Just brilliant.

Excellent service all round. We had a lack of hot water from our emersion. Dave checked all round and tweaked a few things. He then advised us about adjusting the timer settings

Have had LBP service our boiler for coming on six years now won't let anyone else touch it. Since we had our boiler installed by helplink we need to keep it serviced every year. LBP are always on time do the job well take there time never rush any of there work always polite on time and are always smiling. We have learned due to their high demand from customers it's best to book in advance for such things as boiler services
