The pharmacist Angie (who's never met me before) gave me some great information, and discussed my symptoms in detail in relation to my issue. Angie gave me some wonderful advice, and spent a lot of her valuable time talking to me, going out her way to help me. Which I greatly appreciate. Angie discussed my symptoms and gave me fantastic advise on how to move forward. Making me feel really at ease and comfortable. A really lovely, kind, caring lady, and a real credit to her profession. I have been given better information, advise and help from Angie than I have previously been given from any doctor or hospital. Really happy i visited today. Angie should be given an award!!!!

Always have good service, despite them always being so busy and having to deal with some very rude customers during this pandemic.

Incompetent staff, unreliable system, bad management from head office, unreliable suppliers... what else can they get wrong? All the staff give conflicting advice including the senior staff, they don't know how to use their new system due to insufficient training and lack of forward planning from head office, the system is frequently down, they often say the medicine is not in yet until the very last day when you must have it and then tell you the supplier can't get it (not a one off), leaving you in a desperate situation. Sainsbury's should get rid of Lloyd's, in fact this company should be closed down entirely. If you stand in the frequent queues there, pretty much every customer has a complaint.
