The Groom Room Biggleswade

Avoid !!! Do not use this dog groomers! Took my 3 month old puppy for her first groom to get used to it and have a nice experience and picked her up an hour later to find out she was hiding under the front reception desk scared as there was another dog in the groom room barking! (She doesnt like barking). One girl came from out the back not doing any job to serve us, and another was hoovering - either one could have been comforting our puppy to reassure her she is okay and safe! They picked her up and passed her back over the table. I was absolutely heartbroken for her, looked as though she had been crying and couldnt wait to feel secure in our arms. I asked how she had got on with the hope to receive feedback I.e she enjoyed this, wasnt sure on this etc but got nothing back and was just told she was fine. I am praying this doesnt put our puppy off going to the groomers in the future, and really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Stay clear !!!

Absolutely awful. Its like they hacked at one of our pups completely and randomly chopped the other one here and there but leaving odd tufts. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned and it was even worse - even tried to blame us for some bare cuts because of knotting, which we had purposefully brushed out beforehand so this is not the case. If I could post pictures of how horrendous the grooms were then I would. Both girls had a very bad attitude with owners and the dogs. Most definitely will never be returning, which is a great shame for them as I am a dog minder & regularly take customers dogs for grooms too. Please avoid for your pets sake and your own sanity!! Such a shame that they can get away with this.

Took my dog today to have her nails cut they put a lead round my dogs neck completely unsecured my dog then moved and fell off the table t huh e lady then turn around and told my dog off for moving. I had previously explained it was the first time taking my dog to have nails trimmed as shes only a pup it was absolutely appalling i definitely wont be going back there purely for my dogs health and well-being.

After taking my pomeranian there to be deshedded and trimmed as they said he needed this because of a few knots in him and being long haired he came out looking as though nothing had been done no shape to him, the girl behind the desk said he really needed to come back in a weeks time to be washed again and to have some more knots taken out which they never done nothing to him again at this time I've paid 70. Then she said he really needed to go back every week to be done which would have cost me another 25 I told her I can't afford to pay that sort of money, so after paying out all that money he don't look no different and don't know what they have done to him all he seems to do is drag himself on the floor which is now going to cost me money to take him to the vet. Disgusting will not be taking him back there again and would not recommend this grooming room
