Charley Windley Osteopathy

Spot on! Literally! First time customer of Charleys. She fitted me in at short notice after an incident that caused me so much lower back pain, that I couldn't walk properly. She was very welcoming and recommended a 1 hour session to assess me and give treatment. Within 10 minutes she found the problem and got to work. I walked in shuffling, bent over and in agony but walked out straight and feeling 10 times better, with good solid advice. I have further appointments booked in with her next week and onwards. I found Charley incredibly knowledgeable, patient and down to earth. I felt very comfortable with her treating me and her prices are very reasonable. I've finally found my local go to Osteopath. Oh my goodness....I've been suffering with shoulder and neck pain for at least 4 years which has now caused headaches...1 visit with Charley and I felt amazing! Can't wait for my next appointment!

I have been seeing Charley for about 6 weeks now and I am so happy with my treatment. I have been suffering with pain and stiffness in my neck, back and legs for several months, in part a result of working at my kitchen table!! Charley's treatment has been transformative, my pain has significantly reduced, my flexibility and mobility have significantly increased as has my overall sense of wellbeing. Charley is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I could not recommend her more highly!!

I decided to see Charley after having a lot of neck/back pain, a result of working from home. Charley was fantastic at diagnosing my issue. She has a wealth of knowledge and performs great treatments that were extremely effective at treating my pain and stiffness. Would definetely recommend Charley to anyone having any issues.

Before I went to see Charley I was barely able to sit down without shooting pains. Within 4-6 sessions that was completely gone and I was able to do day to day things like put on socks without back pain - which is a big success for those with back pain! Couldnt recommend her enough - she is very welcoming and knowledgable.
