I was very happy with everything Smiles orthodontics did for me! I felt very confident in what they were doing and how they were doing my teeth. The professionalism was great, and overall they did an amazing job!

As a nervous patient I was really grateful for Sonas patience. My teeth are nice and straight and am really pleased with the outcome. The only thing additional that would be the cherry on top is if there was a Teracycle recycling box to deposit used Invisalign into so that they werent all going to landfill. That would elevate the practice to outstanding. Thanks to everyone at the practice for the great customer service.

Have to say it started badly so that didn't help. Was told to arrive at least 10 mins early & wait to be called up. They never made it clear that you would have to wait outside until they were ready , even if they were running late. In the end I was outside for 35 mins, it was cold & i didn't have a coat. I was after Invisalign but the appointment seemed rushed & I came away not knowing some important facts. My wife was slightly surprised as she had previously had same consultation with a different orthodontist & knew a lot more than me. The biggest lesson learnt was o should never of gone for the appointment,as they would be completely inappropriate for me. For me They would need to be in for 22 hours a day, that wasn't the problem as I was more than happy to. But they did not explain that every time you drink anything but water you would have to take them out and brush your teeth. Everytime you eat anything even a piece of fruit you would have to take them out and brush your teeth. Due to my diet I would have to do that 5 times a day for food, I also normally sip coffee from a travel mug for most of the morning. If it was just a coffee I would have given it up. 90 quid consultation fee down the drain.

Smiles is a lovely practice. I'm absolutely thrilled with with my teeth after having my braces removed today. Everyone in the practice is warm and friendly. Sona is a wonderful orthodontist and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process- always giving me her expert opinion but also valuing and respecting my choices too. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Outstanding support for my son, well explained by the team. Sadly its very much let down by the abhorrent redness of one of the receptionists. Otherwise would have been a 5 *
