        After trying to get in contact with them unsuccessfully for a few days managed to get in contact. Seemed courteous and genuine on the phone however did not turn up when they said they would and as a result did not seem very reliable. Shame because they are a local company and I prefer to support local businesses where I can.

        Didn't call back when they said they would do,made an appointment to come and give us a quote,and they didn't turn up.its not just this company,it was another two companies that also didn't turn up.
