1 star for minimal service. Phone lines are outrageous at 8am. There needs to be a solution to the process to see a doctor and not to keep blaming covid. 3 surgeries in the franchise and still unable to see a doctor for my 4 year old. The surgery needs to modernise more, stop the phone calls and see the people that need it. Many times the phone has hung up when I've been waiting for 45 mins or longer. Took my daughter to pharmacist and she said my daughter needs antibiotics, phoned surgery but need to sit and wait...... outrageous.

Im new to the surgery and was let down. Receptionist wasnt very kind and didnt listen to my problems which I need help with. I wasnt even finished in conversation and she hung up because she thought the conversation was clearly over. I stated I cant call at 8 to get an appointment and I really need help. Ive had to call 111 instead and they actually listened!
