        Avoid at all costs. Chloe is rude and never returns any calls. They are uncaring unless you use them consistently Overcharged and unorganised. Sent a carer who hadn't shadowed and knew what they were supposed to do - without notice! As a replacement for the regular carer Sue also turned up very late which left my father in bed for half the day!
