I have been calling for the past 2 days to speak to someone and no responds. Now the phone goes straight to EE voicemail. What is the point of having a contact number if no one will pick up the calls.

If I could give a zero, I would. First of all they sent me confirmation of my order with no tracking number. On the 3rd day after ordering I emailed to see whether my bottles had been sent out and where my order was, to which I received a prompt response; telling me my order had been delivered 2 days ago with pictures of the products outside an apartment block adjacent to my own. I responded to let them know that this was the case and that I had gone to check and my box was no longer there. After 2 weeks of going back and forth. They gave me a refund. The day after the refund was processed they called me from an unknown number to announce that as their couriers were not going to give them a refund they were going to take a lawful approach for fraud! Lol, okay so not only have I wasted my time and energy on a product I never received with as little to no apology but now they wish to threaten further action.
