Jess supported me with a one off 1:1 session when I had a bit of a wobble when approaching my due date. She was fantastic. She took the time to understand my concerns and worked through them all in my session. I came out of it with renewed confidence with all the tools I need to approach birth with confidence. Thank you.

We were unsure whether to do hypnobirthing 1:1, in a group or online. We decided we wanted Jess to come to our home and deliver the course 1:1 as we were planning a home birth. Jess managed to just squeeze us in last minute and was really flexible and helpful with dates. We instantly felt comfortable with Jess and appreciated that she aimed the course at both of us. She made us realise what a fundamental role the birthing partner has to play which helped us to really prepare for our home birth. We now both feel we are as informed as we can be and we feel comfortable with the techniques available to support us in having a positive birth. Jess was recommended to us and we will certainly be recommending her to others. The course was great and we are so pleased we committed the time to it.

We had joint care with Jess for our second pregnancy and her help and support was invaluable. We were unable to have Doulas at the birth (we have very quick babies!) But for us having a doula was so much more than the birth. It was having someone on hand for all those doubts/niggles/questions/random musings, it was help with preparations mentally and practically, and the support afterwards when you just need those cheerleaders to tell you you're doing great and to offer a cup of tea and a biscuit. Jess was as involved or uninvolved as we wished or needed and I am forever grateful for helping us achieve the birth we had.
