Taxi didn't arrive, called again, said they would call me back with an update, never called back and never answered the phone again after that. 2 hours in the cold because of it.

Polite, friendly and professional staff and drivers. The driver arrived quickly and got me to my appointment on time as I was running late. I will use more frequently. Much better than uber and other companies out there. Will highly recommend.

Terrible. When the cab was 7 minutes late I called to ask where it was. The man on the phone sounded very miserable and not happy to help. I was then told a few minutes later the cab would arrive in 2-3 minutes so went outside. The cab did not turn up and when I was on the phone to the driver he was extremely rude, he was saying that we were not in the road we said we were which was obviously incorrect and when we told him a way he could find us he huffed and puffed and said Ive been up here 4 times now Im up and down here like a yo-yo and youre asking me to do it again? I understood that the area was confusing to navigate and we did our best to be helpful but it is his job to find us and drive us home and he certainly shouldnt be blaming us as that is very rude and unprofessional. When he did arrive he drove up to the curb so fast I thought he was going to hit us, and then drove off before wed even sat down and done our seatbelts up. He drove like a maniac he was so fast and it was so bumpy we were being thrown all over the place which is not what anyone wants after a night out. When we arrived home after all this trouble he then charged us more than I was quoted. He charged 25 when I was quoted 20 and when I told him he rolled his eyes and huffed again and still blamed us for him not being able to find us right outside the address we gave as his excuse to increase the charge. I felt that we had been really let down and messed around and I did not appreciate the sarcy comebacks and constantly being called darlin by both the man on the phone and the driver. Extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant and I will never use this company again no matter the circumstances.
