Have had to leave one star as Zero stars is not an option, but this is what this business deserves. My advice is to avoid at all costs unless you want a wasted journey. Time and time again I have wasted my time going to Valley Post Office only to find it is closed, sometimes with a note on the door, and other times not. They are so unreliable and today is no different!! I first checked the opening times as stated online and its 6am, drove all the way there to find a sign opening 9am. Its no surprise really that when it is actually open, the staff are often rude and surly, probably due to all the complaints and moaning they get.

DO NOT USE NEVER OPEN AND MACHINE BUSTED USELESS STAFF ARE RUDE AND DONT SEEM TO WANT TO BE THERE The staff always complain they are not being paid to be a post office and almost every time I walk in there they say there is a twenty minute wait for you to be served as if they are trying to make it hard for you to use them for postal services this is not acceptable as they are the only place within 7miles and transport links are not best for the elderly and infirm do they realise what they're
